Wellness Retreats

Our Wellness Retreats are a combination psychotherapy workshop and vacation given in a location that is either serene, awe-inspiring, or simply beautiful. In these environments, our Wellness Retreats will offer you a time to do important emotional work while you refresh your body, cleanse your mind and rejuvenate your spirit.

Generally the Retreat is seven days with three and a half days devoted to the workshop and the remaining time spent relaxing, integrating the work, and healing in a natural and energizing environment. There will also be time for exploring the natural surroundings, learning new cultures, or connecting with new found friends.
